The presentation gives an overview of the EOSC Association, it’s purpose, composition and it’s partnership with the European Commission and the relation with the Member States and Associated Countries. The commitments laid down in the Memorandum of Understanding with the European Commission and  role of the EOSC Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda are explained. The governance by the Tripartite Collaboration and replication of such collaboration in the different countries are giving in the frame of the European Research Area. The second part of the presentation gives an overview of the National web of FAIR Data in the Netherlands.
