This presentation will start by reminding shortly the transformative concept of Open Science and describing data practices by the European researchers from a recent Pan-study on the European Research Data Landscape (ERDL) commissioned by the European Commission. It will then remind the EC strategy for Open Science and the historical support given by the Member States through the European Council.  It will then zoom into ongoing priorities by the EOSC tripartite governance in the context of the ERA Policy Agenda 2022-2024. Finally, different Open Science practices will be illustrated as part of the Open Science catalogue under development by the EOSC tripartite governance.
