Employees in educational institutions can obtain a certificate of participation for all events by registering in the SIO Community system.

Email / Indico System

Without an AAI account, researchers and participants in the open/citizen science and supercomputing modules can register for the event using their email account in the Indico system.

Instructions for registration via the SIO Community

1. Registration on the SIO Community

You can register for the event through the link on the SIO Community site.

For registration, you need an AAI account or a username and password for SIO Community access.

If you do not have these, follow the instructions on the registration form (1) and then log in with your newly created username and password (2).

2. Enrolling in the Course

After the initial login, you need to agree to the terms of use of the site and enroll in the Conference Catalog classroom. Do this by clicking the “Enroll me” button. Then confirm your registration for the selected lectures or workshops.

3. Confirmation of Registration

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Instructions for registration with email via the Indico system

1. Fill in the fields with your personal information and select the events you are registering for from the list.

2. Check if you want to subscribe to the newsletter and complete the mandatory GDPR field.

3. You will receive a confirmation of registration via email.

4. If you cannot attend a specific event or wish to register for additional ones, click on the “Manage my registration” link in the confirmation email.
