For a two- or three-night stay, the Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons offers a price range from € 89 to € 104 per night.
12. When do I need to be at the conference venue?
The Knowledge Network programme will start promptly at 9:00, so please arrive at least 30-45 minutes early. This will give you enough time for parking, registration and morning coffee.
13. Is there free parking?
Free parking is available at the hotel’s outdoor car park or in the garage. The access barrier to the car park will be open or will open automatically between 07:30 and 09:30, and the exit barrier between 15:30 and 19:00. If you are on site outside the time frame, you can pick up a free exit slip at the reception desk.

16. We probably won’t go hungry, right?
Is this your first time at an Arnes Conference? Don’t worry. During registration and breaks, we will provide snacks and drinks in the foyer in front of the Plečnik Halls, and lunch will be available at 13:30. On certain days, after the plenary lectures, there will be a reception for participants at the same location.
17. Do you have any health recommendations?
Of course. The large number of people, the greater likelihood of close contact between participants, lots of talking, etc., means that there is a risk of transmitting a variety of infections, including SARS-CoV-2, at the event. By strictly following the guidelines, the risk of transmission can be reduced, but not completely eliminated. Please be healthy when attending the event. The recommended distance between persons is 1.5 metres. We also recommend the correct use of protective masks for the potentially sick and proper hand hygiene for everyone.
